RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed
    • Subject to Clause 9 hereof, we permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
      • The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
      • The product delivered to you is defective. All products are checked before shipping, but if returned and it is found not to be defective but rather user error, no refund will be given.
      • The product has the specifications to that which you ordered.
      • Due to the difficulties around international shipping just not liking the product is not a viable reason to return, so please make sure before purchasing and ask any questions sales@rushbyind.com.
    • When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated
      • Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within 5 (five) days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.
    • The choices you have upon Returning the Product
      • When a product is returned to us you can:
        • Have your account credited.
        • Have the amount refunded to you.
        • Have the product replaced/exchanged.
      • How a Return and/or Exchange is initiated
        • All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated¬†by means of an email sent to sales@rushbyind.com setting out:
          • the reason for the return.
          • whether you would like the account credited or refunded or replaced / exchanged.
          • if you would like the product to be collected, the address from where the product needs to be collected from.
        • Condition¬†of the Product Returned
          • In returning the product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
            • In the original packaging.
            • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.
          • Manner of Return
            • A courier will need to be arranged to collect the parcel.
            • Our fee, should we be required to collect the product from you, shall be calculated in accordance with the shipping fee determined upon the purchase of the product, subject to any increase/s in shipping fee/s implemented by the courier subsequent thereto.
          • What will happen once a Product is returned
            • Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, your account with us will be credited or refunded or replaced, as per your preference.
          • Product Inspection
            • Once returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.
            • Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
          • Excluded Products
            • The following product(s) shall be excluded entirely from the above return policy:
              • Any product/s ordered and delivered to you and in respect of which:
                • You and/or any other third party, have already installed;
                • You and/or any other third party, have altered in any manner or form;
                • You and/or any third party, have damaged;
                • The specifications of which accord with that reflected on the website https://rushbyind.com/ and/or with that which have been selected by you and/or at your specific instance and request.

USA based customers

To all my USA-based customers, if your transaction struggles to go through, it is normally due to one of two things: the card is not activated for international transactions or your 3D authentication is failing. A quick call to your bank can sort this out.
